LG's innovative home appliances and entertainment products made a wave at this year's Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas. The brand announced it had received over 220 awards and accolades, the most it had ever collected at the prestigious event.
Branded "the most influential tech event in the world", CES is a global consumer tech trade show that took place from January 5th to January 8th 2023. Encompassing categories from Smart Home and Appliances to Artificial Technologies, Cybersecurity and Fitness and Wearables, the expo gathered around 2,200 exhibitors.
Among the prize-winning tech by LG was its lineup of OLED TVs, including the LG OLED M3 and the LG OLED evo G3 and C3. The LG OLED M3 was recognised by Top Ten Reviews' sister sites TechRadar (Best Gadgets of CES 2023 - Best TV Innovation), Tom's Guide (Best of CES 2033 Awards - Best in Show), and PCMag (Best of CES 2023). It also won the coveted Endgadget Best of CES Award in the Best Home Theater Tech category.
The OLED M3 is the world's first wireless OLED TV, featuring LG's Zero Connect technology. This award comes on the 10th anniversary of the brand's first OLED TV, a display that works by lighting up each individual pixel as opposed to traditional LEDs. Across home appliances, LG's Refrigerator with MoodUP Technology received accolades from CNET, Tom's Guide, PCMag, Good Housekeeping, the Wall Street Journal and Reviewed. Completely customizable with four color-changing panels, this high-tech French Door refrigerator enables you to tap the door twice to see what's inside thanks to InstaView technology. It also creates various shapes of ice and comes with plenty of organization bins and shelves.
Also in the spotlight was the brand's ARTCOOL Gallery residential air conditioner, complete with a sleek design and LCD panel, and the PuriCare AeroFurniture, a new line of air purifiers for the home.
