As the novel coronavirus tests the world's capacity to take on a pandemic, front line workers like doctors and nurses are doing what they humanly can to care for those who are ill. And to take care of them, Global Citizen is hosting the One World: Together at Home Concert which will benefit community health workers and the World Health Organization and support their efforts.
The One World: Together at Home Concert is scheduled for April 18 (that's tomorrow) and will start at 8pm EST. It's scheduled to run through to 10pm. The virtual concert will feature major names in music, from Lady Gaga and Taylor Swift to Paul McCartney. Even big stars like Heidi Klum will be featured - and everyone will be performing from home.
It's not your conventional concert, but celebrities - they're just like us. They have to work from home, under lockdown, and make the best of these unprecedented times.
