During our research to find the best photo prints online, we came across Sam's Club Digital Photo Center and, despite our initial feelings of trepidation, we quickly fell in line with this online photo printing service. In order to use the Sam's Club Digital Photo Center, however, you must have a Sam's Club membership.
During the upload process, you have the option to upload your photo albums from your Facebook account. Because of this option, we expected to be able to share newly created albums to Facebook as well. Unfortunately, that is not the case.
To share via email, simply input email addresses and an email will be sent to your recipients. In the email, they are able to click on the photo, which links them back to the Sam's Club Photo Center. They can also view a slideshow of the album. If your recipients want to order prints from your album, however, they, too, must be members of Sam's Club.
You are able to edit your photos directly within your digital photo printing album, or you can edit them as you create photo gifts. We were pleased with the editing tools that this digital photo printing service offers. You are able to edit your image (rotate, zoom, flip), add effects like black and white or sepia, crop according to size (which we love), change the orientation and fix red eye. If you have over-edited your photo, you can revert to the original image.

This digital photo printing site has a dismal customer support section, which is really disappointing because the rest of the photo printing site is great. While there is a large amount of information available in the FAQs section, the only other support option available is the phone line. We wish this service would focus more on its customer service section and include at least an online support form that you can fill out. You can contact Sam's Club Photo Center via phone Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. CST, Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Sam's Club Digital Photo Center has many impressive qualities such as an uploading process that is simple to use and a great variety of editing tools. We were pleased with the quality of our prints– especially our black-and-white image. We were disappointed with the customer service section and would like to see more options, such as email and live chat support.
